Jorge Loor Zambrano was born in Portoviejo, Ecuador in 1967.

He studied business administration, has a degree in economics and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He lived in Seattle, WA and is well traveled, having spent time in many countries around the world.

He recently worked for the provincial government of Manabi as Adminstrador and financial Director of water resources. Mr. Loor served as the president of Crucita's town council from 1998 through 2001.

Developer of Villa Balsamaragua residential project, he has years of experience with construction. Mr. Loor's other ventures include import/export, real state sales and assisting International Living with their real estate tours.

Er hat für die Regierung der Provinz Manabi als Administrator und Finanzdirektor für Wasser Resourcen praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt. Herr Loor war von 1998 bis 2001 Vorsitzender des Stadtrates von Crucita.

Er war Entwickler des Villa Balsamaragua Wohnresidenz- Projektes und hat jahrelange Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Bauprojekten.

Sein heutiger Geschäftsbereich umfasst umfasst Immobilien, auch in begleitender Assistenz
bei Immobilien Besichtigungs- und Inforeisen für Internationales Leben, mit Betreuung bei Abwicklungen auch für Business-Investoren, sowie Import – Export.
